What
does the number of jewels mean?
The
higher the number of jewels in the movement the smoother the sweeping
second hand is.
Accuracy & Timekeeping
Chronometers are watches which have been thoroughly tested for the
accuracy of their timekeeping.
We will includes more information about chronometer testing later, but
